Doha, Qatar 10 June 2008: International Bank of Qatar (IBQ) announced the launch of its innovative promotion the "Loan on Phone Campaign" for IBQ customers and non customers. Now for the first time in Qatar customers can call and get immediate provisional approval for a loan or a refinancing of their existing loan.
To demonstrate IBQ's commitment to provide excellent quality service and innovative products to address the needs of its customers, and to make banking simple and easy for them, IBQ launched the Loan on Phone Campaign, whereby both IBQ customers and non customers can request a personal, vehicle or mortgage loan over the phone by simply calling 4478000 and they will receive an instant provisional approval. Furthermore, they can request a member of the Customer Sales Advisors to visit them.
Commenting on the new promotion, IBQ Deputy General Manager, Peter Wilkes said:
"To assist our customers in financing their needs and fulfill their aspirations, we introduced the innovative concept of "Loan on Phone" with the aim of making the process of taking a new loan or refinancing their existing loan a simple one for our customers. As the only bank in Qatar that offers quick approvals on personal, vehicle and mortgage loans, by simply calling 447 8000 during any time of day, our customers will receive an instant provisional approval for the loan amount they are eligible to."
IBQ loans are characterized as having the best terms. They offer competitive interest rates, loan amounts to suit everyone's need and flexible repayment terms. Furthermore, IBQ offers "We Come to You" service, whereby our Customer Service Advisors can visit customers anywhere in their office or home and assist them with all the documentation process. Taking a loan has never been simpler.
"At IBQ, we are working hard to serve our customers' needs. Our aim is to offer a first class service by making banking simple for them. IBQ endeavors to be more than just an ordinary bank where regular transactions take place. Instead we are growing our business to help meet the diverse needs of our growing customer base.
