We have outlined an ambitious Qatari Development Programme to attract, recruit, train, develop and retain enthusiastic and ambitious Qataris. We have participated in several career fairs to help us identify the right Qatari graduates.

To support our programme, we have signed an MOU with the Institute of Administrative Development at the Labour Department in which we agreed to financially support ten Qatari high school students for a ten week training program at the institute in order to enable them to acquire jobs in the banking industry. After successful completion of this program they will be recruited at ibq in different capacities.
